Request data deletion

A security test request may store your email, the name or company you enter, the test areas you select, who asked you for proof, and the time you sent the request. The request record may include an internal price estimate for some test areas. We do not calculate one for requests that include AI agents, their tools, or their workflows.

A website test request may store your email, company name if you provided one, the public website address, how often you want testing, and when you sent the request. To help us find a record, include the email address you used and the website address, if you submitted one. Do not send passwords or other credentials.

If you type your own answer in the security test form, we send it to OpenAI to suggest test areas. We may use another AI service. We do not save your answer in the request record. We save its length only.

We do not know how long the provider keeps your answer or whether it will delete it if you ask. Do not enter passwords, customer data, or private system details. You can choose from the list instead.

Email missioncontrol@the-radar.net with the subject “Data deletion request”. Include the email address, business name, phone number, website address, or other details we need to find the record.

We may ask you to show that the person or business authorized you to request deletion. We may keep records needed for security, fraud prevention, legal duties, billing, disputes, or audits.

Upstash stores requests when available. Resend sends team alerts and confirmation emails. Saved requests may also go to Odoo, our customer record system. We have not confirmed that every request reaches Odoo. OpenAI or another AI service may receive text you enter. We do not know how long it keeps that text or whether it will delete it if you ask. Email us to request deletion of information TheRadar holds. Ask each service provider to delete its copy.

Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, or another service in your workflow may hold its own records. Contact that service to request deletion of its copy.
