TheRadarSec request forms and analytics

A security test request may store your email, the name or company you enter, the test areas you select, who asked you for proof, and the time you sent the request. The request record may include an internal price estimate for some test areas. We do not calculate one for requests that include AI agents, their tools, or their workflows.

If you type your own answer, we send it to OpenAI to suggest test areas. We may use another AI service. We do not save your answer in the request record. We save its length only.

We do not know how long the provider keeps your answer or whether it will delete it if you ask. Do not enter passwords, customer data, or private system details. You can choose from the list instead.

The website form asks for your email, optional company name, one public website address, and how often you want testing. The saved record also includes its type and submission time. Submitting it does not check the address, set up monitoring, or authorize testing. It does not prove that you control the address.

The security test form saves requests to Upstash when storage is available. If storage fails, the site may still send a team alert. The form tells you if it could not save your request. The website form confirms receipt only after Upstash saves the request.

Resend sends team alerts and confirmation emails. Its acceptance of an email does not prove delivery. Saved requests may also go to Odoo, our customer record system. We have not confirmed that every request reaches Odoo.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights collect data about page visits and site performance. Analytics records which form you used, whether we saved your request, and whether the email service accepted the team alert. This does not confirm delivery. Analytics does not receive your email, name, company, website address, selected test areas, or typed answer.

We use request records to answer you, decide whether to discuss a test, protect the service, and meet legal recordkeeping duties. We do not have a set retention period. We use your IP address to limit repeat requests. The site keeps the IP address and request times in memory. It removes times older than an hour every 10 minutes. A server restart can clear the count sooner.

What we collect

When you use TheRadar or AelosX, we may collect your contact details, waitlist answers, and messages you send through AelosX. We may also collect your business profile, connected-service settings, sender details, message templates, delivery status, replies, and service records.

For WhatsApp-related onboarding, this can include information connected to a business portfolio, WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, message template, and the status of sender registration or message delivery.

How we use it

We use this information to run the service, answer requests, configure customer workflows, route approved messages, troubleshoot delivery, keep security and audit records, and improve the product.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use customer WhatsApp content to build unrelated advertising profiles.

Who processes the data

We use service providers only where they are needed to operate the product. That may include hosting, email, analytics, customer support, Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, and other communications or integration providers selected for a customer's workflow.

Customers are responsible for having the right consent and legal basis before they ask AelosX to message their own customers.

Retention and deletion

We keep operational records while we need them for the service, security, disputes, legal duties, and audits. If you want us to delete information tied to you or your business, email missioncontrol@the-radar.net.
