Terms of Service

You may use TheRadar and AelosX only for lawful business purposes. Do not use the service to send spam, harass people, send deceptive or unlawful messages, or contact people without the required consent.

Sending a form does not scan or test your systems. It does not authorize a test.

We start only after the system owner or an authorized representative approves the written scope. The scope lists the systems, accounts, what the tester can do, and the test dates. If your product uses AI agents, the scope also lists the systems they run on, the tools they can use, and the workflows they follow. A test cannot find every security issue or guarantee that a system will stay secure. The engagement agreement sets the terms for the test and report.

If you connect AelosX to your business tools, you are responsible for the data, recipients, templates, approvals, consent, and instructions you provide. You must follow applicable messaging laws and the rules from Meta, WhatsApp, Twilio, and your messaging providers.

We may change, pause, or remove features. We may ask you to approve before we send data to another service.

Do not attempt to bypass approvals, access another customer's data, scrape the service, interfere with operations, or use TheRadar systems to attack another service.
